In addition to the commission payable to an agency for introducing tenants to rent any property on our platform, our Negotiator Bonus rewards the agent leading the operation. For individual agents, this means more income opportunities and a direct reward for the effort made. For the agencies that employ them, their negotiators benefit from doing more business for the company without the agency needing to pay the bonus themselves. It’s a win/win.
The Negotiator Bonus is now live and available on a select number of properties found on the Scraye agent portal. Please note the bonus offered will always be displayed on the listing, may vary in amount and is of course subject to agreement by the agency that employs the negotiator leading the operation.
