Introducing Rent Upfront: flexible payment options for tenants and landlords

Many tenants, landlords and agents have been in the unfortunate situation where promising tenancies have fallen through due to mismatches in payment requirements — landlords would like to get paid upfront whereas tenants prefer to pay their rent monthly.
To address this issue, Scraye is introducing Rent Upfront — flexible rent payment options to bridge the gap between tenant and landlord requirements. With Rent Upfront, Scraye swap monthly rent into an upfront payment instead, together with a service fee charged either to the landlord or the tenant.
